Return Policy
At T shirt Shoppe, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of sellable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
- Returns and exchanges will be gladly accepted at T shirt Shoppe within 14 days of receipt.
- All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition with original tags and original product packaging.
- Altered, special order, personalized and "final sale" items cannot be returned.
- T shirt Shoppe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
